AlignedAround was founded in 2020 by an experienced, passionate and talented team with first-hand experience in leading, assessing and improving strategic initiatives over the past 25 years.
We are clear on our purpose. We believe that a lack of executive and leadership alignment is the root cause of the well publicized challenges, disappointments, and failures that strategic transformation initiatives and investments have endured over the past several decades.
